MADE TO ORDER:

All products on this site are made-to-order, meaning we do not carry inventory that is pre-made and ready-to-ship. After successful payment, please allow between 5 and 15 business days for your order to be cut, sewn & produced.  Shipping time is added on top of this window. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

  • downhood LLC does not offer exchanges or returns on any product. All sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • All cancellations must be authorized by email: [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. For cancelled items, please allow 3-5 business days for your card to be credited.


PAYMENT:

  • downhood LLC accepts all major credit cards.  No cash or check.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?:

  • OUR SHORTS ARE MADE OF 100% SUEDE.  DO NOT WASH! PROFESSIONALLY DRY CLEAN ONLY!


SHIPPING:

  • Please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.  We will provide tracking information as soon as it’s available.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Due to the high value of each shipment, recipient's signature is required upon delivery.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States of America.


USE RESTRICTIONS

  • In the event a package is returned to us, your payment will be refunded, minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
